Technologies We Use
In addition to traditional cookies, Paylogic uses the following related tracking technologies across our Platform:
Standard browser cookies set via HTTP headers. Used for session management, authentication tokens, and preference storage. These are the primary mechanism used on the Paylogic website and merchant dashboard.
Web storage mechanisms built into modern browsers. We use these to temporarily cache dashboard state, UI preferences (dark/light mode, column visibility), and non-sensitive data to improve application performance. This data is never transmitted to our servers unless required for a specific function.
Tiny transparent images or scripts embedded in pages or emails that notify us when content has been viewed. We use these only in transactional emails (e.g., to confirm that settlement notifications were opened) — never for advertising.
We use partial, non-identifying device signals (browser type, screen resolution, timezone) as part of our fraud detection and risk scoring system. This data is used solely for security purposes and is never linked to your identity or used for profiling.

Your Consent & Cookie Banner
When you first visit the Paylogic website or dashboard, you will see a cookie consent banner. This banner explains the categories of cookies used and allows you to:

Disabling certain cookies may affect how the Platform works for you:
- Essential cookies disabled: You will not be able to log in or use the Paylogic dashboard. Core payment functionality will not work.
- Functional cookies disabled: Your preferences will not be saved between sessions. You may need to reconfigure settings each time you visit.
- Analytics cookies disabled: No impact on functionality. We simply won't be able to analyse usage patterns to improve the platform.
- Security cookies disabled: You may experience more frequent identity verification prompts and some anti-fraud checks may be less effective.
Cookie Retention Periods
Each cookie we set has a defined maximum retention period. Cookies are automatically deleted after these periods unless renewed by continued use of the Platform.

Changes to This Policy
We review and update this Cookie Policy quarterly to reflect changes in the cookies we use, applicable law, or best practices. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
